Shri Srivastava, the learned counsel for the petitioner, has handed over a pursis signed by the partner of the petitionerIndustry in the Court, today. The same is accepted on record.

It is stated by the learned counsel that since disputed questions of facts would arise for determination in this writ petition, the petitioner is desirous of filing a civil suit. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in this petition are, however, kept open.

At the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the petitioner is desirous of taking up appropriate proceedings, we continue the ad-interim order of status quo dated 22.01.2016 by a period of four weeks, though the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 had strongly opposed the prayer.
