Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith since the only relief sought by the petitioners is for consideration of their representation dated 16/04/2018 that has been made to the Collector, Buldhana seeking allotment of commercial tenements.

On 15/02/2022 this Court had directed the Collector to file an affidavit and indicate if any decision has been taken. Today Shri D. P. Thakare, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submits that the petitioners could be directed to appear before the collector, Buldhana on 20/09/2022. On said date the petitioners' representation dated 16/04/2018 will be considered.

In view of aforesaid, it is directed that the petitioners shall appear before the Collector, Buldhana on 20/09/2022 to enable the Collector to consider the petitioners' representation dated 16/04/2018 by which they have sought allotment of

907-WP-855-19 2/2 commercial tenements. The Municipal Council shall keep its responsible Officer present in the office of the Collector on that date.

After considering the representation of the petitioners, the Collector shall take a decision within a period of fifteen days from the petitioners' appearance.

Keeping all points raised in the writ petition open, the same is disposed of. Rule stands discharged. No costs. Authenticated copy of this order be supplied to the counsel for the parties.
