Bajwa, advocate for petitioner.

CORAM : Z.A.HAQ, J.

DATED : FEBRUARY 06, 2018.

Heard.

The petitioner/ original plaintiff has challenged the order passed by the subordinate Courts concurrently rejecting the claim of the plaintiff for grant of temporary injunction to restrain the authorities from initiating departmental enquiry against the plaintiff as per the chargesheet was served on him. After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner/ plaintiff and going through the impugned orders, I find that the subordinate Courts have properly dealt with the matter. The learned Principal District Judge has summed up his conclusions in paragraph Nos. 18 and 19 of the order passed by him. I do not find any illegality or error of jurisdiction which necessitates interference by this Court in extraordinary writ jurisdiction.

The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
