The Petitioner is representing an Institution upon which the State Government has appointed an Administrator. Once the Administrator is appointed, the body which is superseded cannot maintain a separate petition.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the appointment of an Administrator itself is under challenge. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that as and when the appointment of the Administrator is cancelled and the body is restored, the Petitioner will revive the prayers made out in this Petition. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty as above.
