Heard Shri A.D. Mohgaonkar, learned counsel for the applicants - petitioners and Mrs. M.A. Barabde, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

In response to the order passed by this Court on 28.01.2019, the Director of Education (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune, has issued a communication addressed to the learned AGP appearing in this matter. A copy of this communication dated 04.02.2019 is produced before this Court for perusal by the learned AGP. It is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. It states that before 24.02.2019, all the students studying in 8th standard of the School run by petitioner No. 1 would be brought on "Saral Portal". This indicates that the first prayer of the application has now been addressed appropriately by respondent No. 3.

In view of the above, respondent No. 3 is directed to act upon the communication dated 04.02.2019 and application is disposed of accordingly.
