This is an application for condonation of 338 days delay caused in filing application for restoration of appeal. The reasons have been stated in the application. 3.

In view of the reasons, subject to deposit of costs of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) with the M/s. The High Court Gazetted Officers Association, Nagpur (SB General) the application is allowed.
