This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. There is a delay of 44 days in filing the appeal.

The learned A.P.P. Mr. Doifide, is present.

Non applicant no.2-Gulab Katare is served, however, in spite of service, he chose not to remain present before this Court and not to controvert the averments in the application for condonation of delay.

I have gone through the reasons for delay.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed. Delay of 44 days is condoned.

Criminal application No.41/2015 is disposed of accordingly.
