The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that Petitioners be permitted to withdraw the writ petition as the issue has been settled. This fact is controverted by the learned Counsel

We need not enter into the controversy since the issue is between borrower and secured creditor and the Petitioners have their remedy available before the appropriate forum under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. In any case, since writ petition is sought to be withdrawn, writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
