The application has been filed seeking transfer of divorce petition bearing Marriage Petition No.336/2023 pending on the file of 5th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha filed by the non-applicant/husband to Darwha on the premise that the applicant is residing at Pune and other proceedings are pending before Civil Judge Senior Division, Darwha, which being attended by her parents therefore, proceedings pending at Wardha be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Darwha. Considering the difficulty by both parties with the consent of parties, it will be appropriate to transfer the divorce petition filed by the non-applicant/husband to the Family Court, Yavatmal. However, traveling expenses of applicant are to be borne by the non-applicant/husband, which is quantified at Rs.1000/- per appearance. The non-applicant shall pay the said traveling expenses for every visit.

In above said terms, the application is allowed. 4.

Marriage Petition No.336/2023 pending before 5th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha is hereby directed to be transferred to the Family Court, Yavatmal. 5.
