At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. M.N. Ali submits that since the petitioner wishes to file statutory appeal, challenging the order of externment, he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition.

His statement is accepted.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority.

If the appeal is filed before the Appellate Authority within a period of one week from today and it is accompanied with the application for condonation of delay,
