Learned A.P.P. makes a statement that entire investigation has been completed and chargesheet is ready. We have seen the FIR. We find that the case relates to the theft of Soyabean and electric motor pump from the farm of the complainant. It is not possible for us under the present jurisdiction to find out whether the applicants had committed theft or not and the only remedy for the applicant is to go before the trial Court and apply for discharge, if so advised.

Criminal Application No. 34/2015 is disposed of with liberty to take such other alternate steps as are available in law, including filing of application for discharge.
