Mr. A.S.Kilor, Adv.for petitioner Ms.A.R.Kulkarni, AGP for respondents CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.
DATED : 2nd February, 2018.

Learned AGP points out that today is the first date she is seeking time of two weeks to file reply. Request is being opposed by Adv.Kilor. 3.
He invites our attention to judgment dated 5th October,2017 delivered in Writ Petition No.6419/2017 by this Bench only, in similar situation. 4.
Here, we find that a post of Principal sought to be filled in, is lying vacant since 2015 and a post of Librarian is also lying vacant since 2016. The Management claims that both the posts are isolated posts. 5.
In this situation, instead of adjourning the matter, we direct respondent no.2 to look into the judgment dated 5th October, 2017 and to pass suitable order on request of petitioner within next two weeks. We direct petitioner to appear before respondent no.2 along with judgment and necessary papers on 05.02.2018 and period of two weeks shall commence from said date. 6.
With this direction and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of writ petition. No costs. Certified copy expedited. JUDGE JUDGE sahare
