The petition seeks implementation of the selection/waiting list dated 30.12.2017 for the post of Lower Division Clerk (Accounts), reserve for Scheduled Caste category in the service of respondent No. 2 - Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Ltd. 2.

As per Regulation No. 29(a), the select/ wait list remained valid for twelve months, which in the present case is expired on 31.12.2018. The petition is filed on 17.01.2019. We record the statement of Shri. Kunte, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 - Company that there was no extension for this waiting list in terms of Rule 29(a) of the Classification and Recruitment Regulations, 1961. We accept the said statement.

In view of above, the petitioner cannot be granted any relief.
