This is an application for permission to deposit arrears of maintenance in this Court.

This application is moved by the husband and he is represented by Mrs.J.D.Dharmadhikari.

It is stated in the application that though this Court while issuing Notice on 7.8.2019 directed to the applicant to deposit amount, due to his mistake the amount is not deposited and it is, therefore, stated that Rs.1,04,000/- the applicant wishes to deposit from and out of Rs.1,60,000/-, in two installments, since Rs.56,000/- was already deposited. 4.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, following order is passed:

ORDER

(1) The criminal application is allowed.

(2) The applicant is permitted to deposit amount Rs.1,04,000/- in two installments in this Court viz. first installment Rs.52,000/- in .....2/-

appr20.21 5 this Court on or before 2.2.2021 and remaining Rs.52,000/- on or before 22.2.2021.

3.

It is open for the non-applicant to file an application for withdrawal of the amount.

The criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
