Since it appears that by this writ petition, the petitioner had challenged the decision of the respondent - Western Coalfields Limited to introduce the scheme of E-auction for the sale of coal and since the policy of the Western Coalfields Limited in respect of supply of coal is changed during the pendency of the writ petition, the cause for filing this writ petition may not survive. That could be the reason for the non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner in the Court today.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
