The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for parole.

Taking into consideration the report of the concerned Police Station that there are other adult members in the family to take care of the petitioner's father, we do not find that the interference is warranted in the present case. The petition is rejected. The fees of the learned counsel appointed for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500/-.
