This application is preferred seeking extension of time to deposit the amount of back-wages, which Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation(MSRTC) was directed to do vide order dated 10.02.2021.

2.

The applications is sworn nearly 11 months after the date of the said order.

3.

The MSRTC shall comply with the order by depositing the back-wages along with the interest at the rate of 6% per annum.

4.

The amount of back-wages shall be deposited within a week, since the MSRTC contends that the cheque is ready. The amount of interest may be deposited within the next three weeks.

5.

The Civil Application is disposed of.

6.

The parties are put on notice that this petition shall be finally heard after three weeks along with Writ
