ATED : 3rd February, 2020 By means of this Application, the applicant prays for restoration of Revision No. 240/2013 which was dismissed in default on 17.1.2020.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that as younger bother of the learned counsel for applicant expired on the date when the matter was called out, he could not attend the Court. I am satisfied that sufficient ground is made out for restoration of the Revision. Hence, the Criminal Application is allowed. Criminal Revision No.240/2013 is restored to its original position.
