Learned counsel Shri Mirza for the applicant submits that he does not wish to press the application since the charge is already framed and the applicant will be satisfied if the directions are given to the Court below for early disposal of the Trial. 3.

The applicant is arrested on 17.10.2016 and since then he is in jail. The charge against the applicant is that he has committed the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

In that view of the matter, learned Additional Sessions Judge at Bhandara is directed to decide Sessions Trial No.9 of 2017 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible and within a period of .....2/-
