Application on behalf of the Objector to seek permission to assist prosecution is filed. Present applicant - Shyam Danraj Verma is the original informant and filed application on the ground that he has filed application under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class Akola and the same is partly allowed by his order dated 13.09.2022 and directed the police authorities to register crime against the applicants and others and therefore, he is intended to oppose the present application.
