The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that even on earlier occasions, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and this petition is being simply adjourned from time to time. It is further pointed out that the petitioner is enjoying an interim order passed on 25/01/2019.

The record shows that when this writ petition was called out for hearing on 02/04/2019, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and it was adjourned to 30/04/2019.

Thereafter on 30/04/2019, when the petition was listed for hearing, again none appeared for the petitioner and it was adjourned. Similarly, on 15/06/2021, none appeared for the petitioner and it was adjourned to 22/06/2021.

As noted above, even today when this petition was called out for hearing, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
