Heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 2.

We direct that the claim of the petitioners to be reconsidered in the light of the Circular dated 01.03.2024 issued by the Director, Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune. 3.

We permit the petitioners to appear before the Authority on 28-82024. 4.

The decision be taken on the proposal in the light of the aforesaid observations within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5.

Needless to clarify that the decision be taken irrespective of or without being influenced by the impugned order. 6.
