The learned Counsel holding for the Advocate for the Appellant, submits that the appeal was allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.20,000/-, however, the Counsel for the appellant has not informed said fact to his client.

The appellant to deposit costs till 23.01.2026 before the trial Court. If the costs are not deposited, the order dated 27.11.2025 shall stand recalled, and the Appeal would stand dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
