This is an application moved by the respondents No.1 to 7 for correcting the name of the respondents No.2 and 3 in the cause title and also seeking permission to withdraw the amount by the respondent No.2.

Heard Shri Joshi, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Gawai, learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 7. Shri Joshi, learned counsel submitted that he will correct the name of respondents No.2 and 3 in cause title. Accordingly, the application is partly allowed. The appellant shall carry out the amendment within one week from today, thereby correcting the name of respondents No.2 and 3 as stated in the application in paragraph No.4.
