DATED : JANUARY 22, 2020 By order dated 19/10/2019, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit amount of Rs.50,000/- in this Court within a period of four weeks.

By this application, the petitioners are seeking extension of time to deposit said amount. It is pointed out that the demand draft was prepared for the said amount, but, there was some discrepancy in spelling of the authority in whose name the demand draft was prepared.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the petitioners are granted time till 28th January 2020 to deposit the said amount as directed by order 19/10/2019.
