The judgment and order dated 26th July, 2018 passed by the learned Industrial Court, No.5, Nagpur in complaint (ULP) No. 17 of 2012, rejecting the complaint, is under challenge in this writ petition. 3.

The petitioner filed a complaint under the provisions of Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labor Law Practices Act, 1971 (in short hereinafter referred as MRTU and PULP, Act, SKNair

32-wp-1288-20.odt 1971") claiming regularisation from the year 1991 which has been denied by the learned Industrial Court, Nagpur on the ground that the complaint came to be filed after attaining the age of superannuation by the complainant and when the complaint was filed she was not in service.

In the matter at hands, nothing has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the post of which the petitioner was working was a sanctioned post or that the Model Standing Orders is applicable to the University i.e. respondent no.1. 5.

In that view of the matter, I do not find any error committed by the learned Industrial Court, Nagpur in dismissing the complaint.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed.
