4] Shri Zaheer, learned counsel, waives service of notice for respondent Nos.4 and 5. 5] These are the applications for condonation of 1269 days delay caused in filing the application for restoration of First Appeal, which was dismissed in default vide order dated 01/03/2017, and for restoration of the First Appeal.

26CAO 281.2021 6] Considering the reasons stated in para 2 of the applications, the same are allowed. Delay of 1269 days caused in filing the application for restoration of First Appeal stands condoned. The First Appeal stands restored to the file.
