Heard Shri Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

During the course of hearing, it was noticed by this Court that the application for grant of arm licence was made by the petitioner in the year 2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as on today, the said application was not decided. There must be change in the circumstances between the year 2016 and 2021.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for arm licence to the Licensing Authority. If the petitioner files a fresh application for licence within a period of four weeks from today, the Licensing Authority shall decide the same in accordance with law with a period of eight weeks thereafter. 4.

With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
