Advocate Parchure states that the M.C.A. Challenges rejection of temporary injunction in Regular Civil Appeal under Section 96 of Code of Civil Procedure preferred before the District Court. The District Court has in the meanwhile decided that appeal itself finally and against that adjudication, second appeal has been preferred before this Court. He, therefore, submits that the L.P.A. has become infructuous.
