On 8-12-2017, this Court had passed an order disposing of Company Application No.1447 of 2017. From the perusal of the

1901cao125.18.odt order, it seems that the application was not decided on merits and the learned counsel appearing for the applicant-intervener was permitted to place on record the documents referred to as annexures in the application, which remained to be inadvertently filed.

In view of above, the order dated 8-12-2017 to the extent it records that "Application stands disposed of" is recalled. It is informed that the documents are placed on record and annexed to the application.

Company Application No.3 of 2017 to be heard along with Company Application No.1447 of 2017.
