Petitioners' application for grant of parole came to be rejected by the Authorities vide order dated 22.09.2018. The petitioner has sought release on parole on the premise of unfortunate death of his mother, which occurred on 13.09.2018.

It reveals that on the petitioners application, emergency parole for 4 days was granted. However, the petitioner has not exercised

Order 1503wp59.19 said right. Now, after lapse of 6 months, the petitioner is agitating the same ground, which does not survive. 4.

In view of this, we do not find any merits in the Writ Petition, the same is dismissed.
