Perused the FIR. We find that the offence complained of is of serious in nature and requires investigation. Learned counsel for the applicants states that the complainant wants to compound the matter.

However, unless satisfactory investigation is made in the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present application. Hence, we make the following order :

ORDER

Criminal Application (APL) No.38 of 2015 is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to apply after investigation is completed and the charge-sheet is filed.
