On 27 January 2021, following order was passed : "The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Respondent-State states that all the pensionary dues as sought for by the Petitioners have been paid and seeks time to file affidavit to that effect.

None appears for the Petitioners.

In case, none appears for the Petitioners on the next date, the statement made by the Respondents on affidavit will be accepted and the Petition may be disposed of. 4.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3Municipal Council also states that all dues as sought for by the Petitioners have been paid. In view of the order passed on 27 January 2021 and in view of the absence of the Petitioners, it is clear that the Petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the Petition.
