By these applications, the legal heirs of petitioner no.16 are sought to be brought on record.

It is submitted that petitioner no.16 expired on 07.07.2017. The legal heirs after getting information of the pending proceedings have taken steps to get impleaded in the proceedings. The applications are opposed by the learned counsel for the nonapplicants on the ground that the delay is not sufficiently explained. Considering the fact that the petitioners are seeking compliance of the orders passed in their favour and as the explanation furnished by the legal heirs appears to be probable, the applications are allowed. After condoning the delay and setting aside abatement, the legal heirs of petitioner no.16 are permitted to be brought on record. The cause title be amended within a period of one week. The applications are disposed of. CONTEMPT PETITION NO.284/2012.
