The grievance of the petitioner is that the order dated 06.08.2018 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.781 of 2016, thereby accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondents that enquiry report under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 was submitted on 30.01.2018 and appropriate action as per the enquiry report shall be taken in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today, is not complied with.

Afdavit-in-reply is fled on behalf of respondent no.3 and a statement is made that on 05.02.2020, the Enquiry Ofcer is appointed

911 CP-39-2020 under Rule 8 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Disciplinary and Appeal) Rules, 1979 for the Departmental Enquiry against respondent nos.5 to 7. Therefore, the respondents claim that the order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.781 of 2016, is complied with.

In view of the compliance of the order, the contempt petition is disposed of.

Needless to say that if the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to adopt appropriate legal course.
