DATE : November 27, 2017 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that on 05/09/2017 a registered notice was issued to the applicant as the counsel desired to withdraw his vakalatnama. This notice has been served on the applicant on 21/09/2017. It is therefore submitted that the counsel be discharged.

By order dated 12/07/2017, the applicant was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1,20,000/- in this Court. Said order has not been complied with till date. There is no appearance on behalf of the applicant. Hence the revision application along with other misc. application is dismissed for want of prosecution. JUDGE Asmita
