The present appeal is filed against the judgment and award passed by the Learned Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur.

By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation, and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by Presiding Officer Land rkn

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest within a period of ten weeks, the impugned judgment and award be stayed till disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within a period of ten weeks, the stay granted will be vacated without further reference to the Court.
