CIVIL APPLICATION [F] NO.900 OF 2020 1.

This is an application for withdrawal of amount in terms of order passed in First Appeal

2 ca896.20 No.1183/2010, vide order dated 24.9.2019.

The prayer made in this application is not objected by the contesting party.

After the amendment is made in pursuance of order passed in CA No.896/2020, the applicant no.5 is permitted to withdraw the remaining amount along with accrued interest.
