DATE : 14.10.2025 The petitioners have challenged the order dated 07.10.2023 passed by District Judge-4 Akola in Misc. Civil Appeal No.55/2023.

After hearing learned counsel for both parties for some time, it was pointed out that evidence of the plaintiff in the suit has already commenced. Therefore, without going into controversy involved in the present writ petition, the trial Court is directed to decide the suit itself within a period of one year.

It is made clear that the trial Court shall consider the matter uninfluenced by the observations made in the orders passed by this Court as well as Appellate Court. 4.

In view thereof, writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
