Heard learned Senior Advocate for the applicant and learned APP for non-applicant No.1. Non-Applicant No.2 is yet to be served with the notice. However, as rightly submitted by learned Senior Advocate that for the purposes of this application, service of notice upon the non-applicant No.2 would not be of much relevance for the reason that what has been sought to be introduced by way of amendment appears to be necessary for dealing with this matter in a manner which is more expeditious and effective. If this Court has to wait till the service is made upon non-applicant No.2, it would only delay something which to be done in the interest of justice ultimately. So, as stated earlier, the amendment deserves to be allowed. The application for amendment to the petition
