This Court on 22.08.2024 had passed the following order :

" By the order impugned, the trial Court has rejected the application filed by the petitioner to examine certain witnesses. The petitioner wants to examine the said witnesses to prove certain documents.

2. Before considering the application for examining the witnesses, the petitioner ought to have given notice to other side to admit or deny those documents in terms of Order XII Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The petitioner shall give such notice before the trial Court within two weeks from today.

3. List the petition on 09.09.2024."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to above order, notice was given and respondent has admitted all the documents. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present petition. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
