This is an application for withdrawal of amount in terms of order passed in First Appeal

2 caf892.20 No.68/2010, vide order dated 24.9.2019.

The prayer made in this application is not objected by the contesting party.

After the amendment is made in pursuance of order passed in CA No.892/2020, the applicant no.3 is permitted to withdraw the remaining amount along with accrued interest.
