DATE : 21.03.2016 By this petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent no.1 - Collector, Wardha to decide the application filed by the petitioner for grant of no objection to the extension of the lease, dated 10.7.2014.

Shri Tembhare, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2 states, on instructions, that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, in view of the subsequent development, inasmuch as by an order dated 11.03.2016, the Collector has granted no objection for the renewal of the lease for a period of five years. Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
