Twofold prayers are put forth in the petition. One is in relation to imposing penalty vis-a-vis seizure of the vehicle.
2.
Insofar as seizure of vehicle is concerned, the same has been released under the order of the Magistrate. As such, the same is satisfied. Insofar as the issue in relation to the imposition of penalty is concerned, learned Counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter at length, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the appellate authority. Permission granted.
3.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
4.
Needless to say that all contentions are kept open. (SACHIN S. DESHMUKH, J.) Wadkar
