Unless such discretion is exercised by the respondent no.1 in arbitrary, mala fide or discriminatory, it will not be permissible for this court to interfere with the same. The reason given is that there are only 50 students at Majitpur whereas 140 students at Dongargaon School to which the students of Majitpur are joined for the examination center. It is informed at the bar that the distance between these two places is hardly 7 KM. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere. Petition is dismissed. JUDGE JUDGE patle
