Prayer in the petition is to direct consideration of application for opening new college. Effort was to start college from June, 2015.

Learned A.G.P. submits that due to passage of time challenge is rendered infructuous.

The application was moved on the last day as per the time schedule in Section 82 of the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994. In this situation, keeping all contentions of petitioner open and with
