1] Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.
2] The petitioner management has already deposited Rs.5,50,000/- in this Court pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.10.2019. They were unable to deposit Rs.6,93,632/- within the time granted by this Court. Hence, this application.
3] The learned Advocate for the original appellant submits that the management is financially very strong and has no financial difficulty. They can deposit the amount immediately. Seeking two months extension is a long period and would delay the hearing of the matter and would cause grave prejudice to the appellant.
4] Considering the above, I find that the petitioner could be granted time to deposit the amount of
caw183.20.O.odt Rs.6,93,632/- on or before 02.03.2020.
5] In view of the above, this application is allowed and the time is extended upto 02.03.2020 to enable the petitioner management to deposit Rs.6,93,632/-. It be noted that the deposit of amounts by the management would be subject to the calculations of the amounts towards back-wages in view of the order dated 22.10.2019. (Ravindra V. Ghuge, J.) NSN
