1] Petitioner seek correction of date of birth in a school records, date of birth as recorded it "29.02.1989" prayer is to correct it as "28.02.1989".

2] Provisions of Secondary School Code, 2006 and rules particularly, rule 26.4 prescribe a procedure for this purpose. If petitioner follows that procedure, date of birth as recorded in S.S.C. or H.S.S.C. certificate will be corrected.

3] Petitioner has not made any such application to respondent no.2-Board.

4] We, therefore, direct petitioner to make such application within two weeks from today. If such application in prescribe forma is made within two weeks and necessary formalities are complied with, respondent no.2 shall look into the grievance and pass suitable order in next four weeks.
