The applicant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of balance compensation that has been deposited by the appellant. In the application, it is stated that the daughter of the applicant is pursuing her education and hence, to meet said requirement, the amount in question be permitted to be withdrawn.
The application is opposed by the learned Counsel for the appellant on the ground that an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- was already permitted to be withdrawn by order dated 8-10-2015.
Perused the judgment of the Reference Court.
Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is permitted to be
2 1604caf363.16 withdrawn on filing usual undertaking. The remaining amount be invested in fixed deposit.
The application is allowed and disposed of.
