DATED : JANUARY 19, 2023 The petitioner, who is a prospective bidder, seeks to raise objection to the tender conditions in the light of tender floated by the respondent no.2. In that regard, it has made a representation dated 13/1/2023 to the respondent no.2, which is yet to be adjudicated. 2) We find from the tender notice that today is the last date for submission of bids by the interested bidders. The petitioner has not submitted its bid since it is aggrieved by certain tender conditions.

3) In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner'
